Book Coaching and Idea Development

If you have a book idea (and perhaps some notes or outlines) but don’t know how to approach the writing process or if you feel inspired to write a book about something but you aren’t sure what you want to write about or how to translate your experiences into a book, then a book idea development and coaching session will be most helpful to you.

Some people get the calling to write a book. They sit down, and the ideas flow effortlessly out of them . . . or they sit down and struggle to find the right focus. This can happen, and it is more common than you think. You have a great idea but just don’t know where to start or how to put your idea into the form of a book. If this is what you’re up against, you can just go ahead and forward “the call” to me.

During our initial consultation (which I prefer to do via video chat or in person for that all-important face-to-face connection), we’ll discuss your experiences and book ideas to begin developing a working title, a target audience, a hook, an outline, and a game plan for approaching the writing process and moving forward. Then, as you proceed with the work, I will coach you through the process of writing your manuscript and staying on target.
